Four MPHS students, Amir Carter, Anaya Patterson , Zorah Rothwell, and Jahmere Hargraves have been working hard over the last six months to help develop the new Teen Warehouse scheduled to open in Wilmington this fall. On Wednesday, January 16, 2019 each teen participated in a press conference alongside the mayor of Wilmington & New Castle County Executive for the official launch of this space which will house over 60 teen focused organizations that would be a "one-stop shop," both a safe place for teenagers to go after school and a resource center for youth to get college counseling, arts and recreation opportunities and mental health and social services. #MPHSPride #ChooseBSD
