• The young ladies of Maple Lane Elementary and their very special dates -- their fathers/guardians -- enjoyed an evening at school all to themselves when their teachers posed as fairy godmothers and transformed the gym into a Princess Ball. Each princess was greeted with a walk on the red carpet, paparazzi, and goodie bag featuring lip gloss, glow stick, and tiara. Many thanks to the teachers and staff of Maple Lane for planning such a special and glamorous evening, and to Mount Pleasant HS junior Ashley Gold for serving as the official event photographer.
