The Brandywine School District is required to provide parents and students with notice of their rights under the following federal laws:

 

                       Family Educational Records Privacy Act (FERPA)

                       Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), as it applies to students 

                       No Child Left Behind (NCLB), limitation on disclosure of student information to Military and

                           other recruiters
